Co-founders of Unity Platform

Volodymyr Lazarev is a co-founder of Unity Platform with extensive experience in civil protection, environmental, nuclear and radiation safety. He has worked with the IAEA, OSCE and the U.S. Department of State on radiation monitoring and safety systems.

Together with Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and State Border Guard Service, he helped organise the radiation monitoring and safety system for Euro 2012. With OSCE support, he developed a system for identifying and warning about explosive devices involving radioactive materials.

He also initiated an integrated system for detecting chemical, biological and radioactive substances at strategic facilities and mass-gathering locations.

Nataliia Koroviakovska spent more than ten years successfully running an independent legal practice, providing legal support to companies, including businesses in the oil refining sector. From 2007 to 2014, she headed the legal department of the Nemiroff group of companies.

She specialises in dispute resolution, including corporate disputes, and has extensive experience representing clients and providing comprehensive advice on Ukrainian and international law. In partnership with the international law firm ETERNA LAW, she worked across corporate law and M&A, infrastructure, taxation, international finance, compliance, government relations, public-private partnerships and other practice areas.

Since the beginning of the Russian Federation’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she has been actively involved in volunteer work. Nataliia graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and holds a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree.
